1. Returns and Refunds

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing time.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange for the exchange and cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
